We ship using UPS Next Day Air Monday-Thursday. Most orders will be delivered by 10:30a.m.. However, this varies by region that could affect delivery times for rural areas.
We will call/email/or text to arrange shipment dates 24 to 48 hours after order is place. Please put a requested ship date in your order notes. All orders must ship within 1 week of being placed. You can cancel your order within that week for a full refund or receive store credit valid for 6 months from date of original purchase.
We do not recommend shipping for Saturday deliveries due to the risk of a misplaced packages being placed in a warehouse till Monday. Furthermore, due to the dramatic increase in overnight shipments we do not ship around specific holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years). The risk is too high for packages to get lost in the shuffle. We will contact you if orders are placed around these dates to work on a suitable ship dates for both your schedule and ours.
Unless specifically stated, all livestock comes with a "Live Arrival" guarantee. However if a DOA does show up, a claim must be filed with Into the Blue Aquatics within 4 hours of package delivery and a photo identification will be needed. DOA's will be fully credited minus any shipping charges. We will not ship anything unless it is 100% healthy but DOA's do occur from time to time and will be handled accordingly.
Shipping can add stress to coral, which can cause them to change or lose color. It may take a few days to several weeks and even longer for different corals to color back up after shipping.
We currently do not ship products outside of the 48 continental United States.
